Prices and payment
All prices quoted on Gudenåcamping Brædstrup’s website are denominated in Danish kroner (DKK) and incl. VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated, and clearly stated in the particular situation.
Payment is made by using one of the accepted credit cards / payment cards in online booking.
No fee is charged for online booking.
Once you have completed your payment online, you can print a receipt specifying your order as proof of your payment.
Booking and confirmation of your order:
Booking regarding camping and canoeing can be done via:
Booking / inquiry form on premises.
Booking / Inquiry, via online booking from our website.
By regular mail or email, or telephone.
Confirmation will be sent via booking system, email or letter.
The reservation is only completed after you have received a written confirmation.
Payment deadlines and rates can be found in the booking form.
As soon as we receive your payment, it will be recorded in your bank account.
Exceeding payment deadlines will result in cancellation of the reservation.
We do not confirm receipt of your payment.
Bookings regarding cabin rentals and canoe rentals are paid in advance. Rates and payment periods are stated in the rental agreement. Bookings regarding caravan and tent are payable on departure.
Cancellation rules are listed on your cabin and / or canoe contract, and / or on your confirmation of caravan or tent site.
Cancellation policy for canoe rental:
If a written cancellation is available, no later than 21 days before the start date, 50% of the rent paid is refunded.
If canceled less than 21 days before the start date, the paid rent will not be refunded.
Cancellation policy for cabins:
In case of cancellation of cabins and rooms, the prepayment will not be refunded.
Registration of information
Gudenåcamping Brædstrup registers your name, address, and other information that you have provided in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but all registrations are stored for 5 years.
The business uses server cookies and a secure connection to ensure the information you have provided, in connection with the purchase.
When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Once you receive the confirmation of your reservations, please check immediately that the dates and other information given, correspond to your reservation. Should an error have occurred, we advise that you promptly contact us, so that the error can be corrected and a new confirmation will be sent.
